This module is designed to be simple and perform a single task: replace phone numbers in text with clickable links. This is useful as many users browse the Internet on phones and this will allow them to make calls directly by clicking a link. | |
After enabling the module visit <a href="/admin/config/content/formats">/admin/config/content/formats</a> and enable the telephone filter on the input format of your choice. (Beware that you may not want to do this on filters that accept input from the wider Internet since you may end up with lots of spam phone links.) | |
Arrange the filter so it occurs after "Limit allowed HTML tags" or any other format that might strip the links out. Visit a piece of content that includes a phone number and see that it is now a link. | |
