Hierarchical Select has the ability to save the entire lineage ![]() of a selection or only the 'deepest' selection. You can configure it to ![]() force the user to make a selection as deep as possible in the tree, or ![]() allow the user to select an item anywhere in the tree. Levels can be ![]() labeled, you can configure limit the number of items that can be selected, ![]() configure a title for the dropbox, choose a site-wide animation delay, ![]() and so on. You can even create new items and levels through Hierarchical ![]() Select!
Max Allowed Depth | |
Restrict the depth at which taxonomy terms are selectable. 0 means the entire tree, 1 means only the root level, 2 means the first two levels, etc.
When the user is allowed to create new levels, this option prevents ![]() the user from creating extremely deep !hierarchies.
![]() Max Allowed Depth takes precedence over this setting.
![]() 0 = unlimited, any other positive integer is valid
%name must be an integer greater than or equal to 0(zero).
Allows Hierarchical Select to be used for a hardcoded hierarchy. When it becomes too slow, you should move the hierarchy into the database and write a proper implementation.
Show everywhere | |
This option will show inline form errors on all forms. You can ignore all settings in the form conversion fieldset.
Leave the messages in place (default Drupal behavior) |
