I have been translating drupal to Estonian but found similar problem like described here: http://drupaler.ru/node/145.

I have imported some po files with plurals in it and they seem to be fine.

Problem is, when exporting translation there is missing header line for plural definition. For Estonian it should be: "Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=n != 1;".

As I understood from above link, import of correct po file to drupal (not to language server) is needed. But I do not have access to http://drupaler.ru/admin/settings/locale/language/import.
